PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
• Responsible for managing assigned Medium Business.
• Responsible for increasing account penetration, customer satisfaction and sales growth for long term results
• To carry a revenue, margin & server/storage target
• Making face to face calls
• Commit & deliver a weekly number
• Engaging & managing the relationships at the highest level in the account
• Developing new accounts by selling & positioning of Dell value propositions.
• Develops and plans account strategies and activities for specified accounts such as, selecting products for calls, identifying buyer influences, overcoming objections, introducing new products, making sales presentations and negotiating discount points.
• Graduate. MBA would be an added advantage
• 5 to 8 years of sales experience in IT industry
• Experience in Selling to large corporate accounts is a must
• Experience in IT hardware industry is preferred.
• Experience in Selling enterprise (high ticket items like servers) is preferred.
