Responsible for TO, profitability & category contributions for 10 retail outlets spread over half a district • Product indents, replenishments & fill rates for store • Ensure adherence to store VM, SOP's • Guiding & monitoring store team to achieve targets • Demand forecasting & stock management for the stores • Customer relationship Management
Knowledge of Telugu / Kannada preferred. Open to travel. Postings across A.P. / Karnataka.
Qualification:- PG from Top B School or B.Sc (Ag)/ M Sc (Ag) or other PG with relevant supervisory experience.
Experience:- 4 to 6 yrs in Agri related industry, Retailing or Trade Sales.
