Position Summary:-

A CSA in this role deals with a number of incoming calls pertaining to the client’s business.

The associate provides excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:-

Graduate with or without Experience

Undergraduate (HSC/Class 12) with at least 6 months of work experience

Class 10th Pass above 19 years of age with at least 6 months of work experience

Travel boundary limits:- Candidate should be residing within the following transport limits

Churchgate to Bhayander, CST to Thane, CST to Vashi

Knowledge and Skills:-

    Excellent communication skills
    Polite and customer service oriented
    Able to comprehend customer queries and provide the relevant resolution
    Exhibits patience and empathy to resolve customer queries
    Willingness to work in night shifts
    Typing Skills: 15 wpm with 85 % accuracy
