Achieve sales targets (orders & shipments) for all products and services for the assigned geography. Provide leadership & direction to entire sales team and ensure sales success within the assigned geography.
KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
Order & Shipment AOP for the assigned geography.
Work with peers from Market Access, BU (FBL), Verticals, OEMs, Process Solutions, and Marketing team to implement an annual operating plan (AOP) for the branch, including performance and growth (orders, shipments, growth initiatives, expenses) resource allocation, and strategy. Monitor and ensure effectiveness of execution
Provide continuous coaching and development opportunities for the sales employees and ensure their competency in the branch.
Ensure the implementation of GDSP/DSM in the Branch.
Work with Regional Market Access Manager on channel development and improvement plans.
Conduct a monthly review of each Account Manager’s opportunity list and key action plan.
Participate in joint sales calls with Account Managers for strategic account/opportunities.
Manage 3-month rolling forecasts for orders and shipments, and provide monthly report per the assigned schedule.
Oversee on-going “keep-find-close” activities of each Account Manager using GDSP and related tools.
Manage and monitor the branch’s order and shipment results.
Coordinate and communicate cross-region project information with other Account Managers in other branches.
Manage and monitor the performance of the country’s (in the case of Country Manager – SEA only) finance and logistics teams.

High level of expertise in Sales Fundamentals (Listening, Analytical, Problem Solving, Lead Qualifying, Negotiating, Persevering, Closing), Territory Planning & Management, Project Sales Strategizing Skills, Value Based Selling Skills, Disciplined Selling Process, Customer Solution Centric Selling Skills, Customer Relationship Management.
Intermediate level of expertise in Integrated Architecture and a basic understanding of all our products (specifically, Drive Systems, Networks, Motion Control, Services and Solutions).
Intermediate level of expertise in Market Research & Analysis (Market & Economic Trends, Customer Buying Behavior, Competitor Research), Marketing Communication Skills (Marketing survey, Events, Promotion), Project / Implementation Management.
Bachelors Degree in Engineering
Minimum 8 years relevant sales experience or equivalent training, at least 2-4 years in team management.
