    * a. Ensure the upkeep of the business centre and the equipments.
    * b. Adherence to brand standards
    * c. Welcoming guests and provide assistance as required
    * d. Receiving Guest Requests and coordinating with the concerned departments
    * e. Handling boardroom bookings
    * f. Receiving and forwarding faxes/emails to guest rooms and internal departments
    * g. Providing secretarial assistance to guests (including hardware/software/internet connectivity)
    * h. Handling boardroom meetings and ensuring anticipatory services.
    * i. Handling couriers
    * j. Assist guests in sending faxes
    * k. Ensuring all charges related to business centre are posted to guest rooms/settled directly.
    * l. Should be thorough with all equipments and service provided at Business Centre
    * m. Maintaining records
    * n. Co-ordinating astrology appointment


    * 1. Educational Qualifications
    * Graduation (Hotel Management preferred)
    * 2. Other Qualifications
    * Excellent English communication skills
    * High degree of computer proficiency
    * Candidate must be willing to work in night-shifts.
