Job Discription:-

Extend CRM support & problem resolution

Improve quality & manage customer database in CRM

Handle aggravated customers over telephone (Customer Care Centre)

Develop & implement Customer Compliant & Query Management Process

Develop & support implementation of Customer Satisfaction Initiatives & Surveys

Service Revenue and Margin Planning & Monthly Forecast

Provide timely information to field for necessary corrective actions

Create Management Info System - Reporting Packs for Region/HQ/Asia Pacific

Compile & analyse Service Deliverables / Revenue / Margins

Develop Service Pricing Policies

Develop & document service management processes to have uniformity across all regions


Job Requirments:-

Experience Required:-    4 to 7+ years of relevant experience in similar industry

Education Qualifications:-    Bachelors Degree in Science / Diploma in Electrical engineering,

Electronics,

B Tech. Masters degree and related similar industry experience is preferred.
