Job Description:-

As a Consultant at Synygy, you will work with members of our Professional Services Department and be

involved in the design and implementation of incentive compensation management solutions for Global

2000 companies

For those clients that outsource the management of their sales compensation plans to Synygy, you will

manage the process of integrating, validating, and cleansing data, calculating performance and

payments to participants, and producing reports and analyses for compensation analysts, plan

participants, and executives.

Working side by side with your project team, you will create project plans, develop quality assurance

procedures, and manage the production of monthly deliverables. You will work directly with clients to

proactively address data validation and process issues.


Job Requirments:-

Specific qualifications include:

minimum three years’ experience in management consulting or other work providing professional

services to Global 2000 companies

very strong detail orientation

experience interacting with clients

demonstrated ability to perform effective planning, on both a micro and a macro level

strong oral and written communication skills

exceptional analytical and problem solving skills

experience using Microsoft Office, an expert user of Microsoft Excel (e.g. naming cells, using Pivot

Tables, and writing VBA macros)

knowledge of database theory and experience with relational database systems (user only)

a BA or BS degree (technical or MBA degree a plus)
