As an Enterprise Business Representative, you are at the front line of the sales process, interacting and
engaging prospects in a dialogue about Synygy’s solutions at Fortune 1000 companies globally.
Unlike other inside sales positions that mainly focus on IT functions, as an EBR at Synygy, EBR’s create
the foundation for the sales process by expanding the vast network of executive contacts in the areas of
Sales, HR, Finance, and other related business functions. In addition, they are engaging with executives
at multiple levels, helping uncover, as well as create new opportunities, and generating early-stage
dialogues with prospective companies.

The Enterprise Business Representative MUST have:
1 - 3 years of full-time work experience and proven success working for a top-tier information consulting,
software, or other technology or business solutions company
Experience dealing with executive levels (Director and/or VP), preferably at Fortune 1000 companies
Experience prospecting in one or more vertical markets like hi-tech engineering, IT, pharmaceuticals,
banking, insurance, etc
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, and the desire to promote and sell products and service to decision makers
Must be highly motivated, competitive, and a self-starter
Demonstrated telephone etiquette
Ability to communicate and cooperate in a team sales environment
Superior writing skills
Excellent problem solving abilities and detail orientation, and a demonstrated background of continuous
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), knowledge and use of sales force automation software
Gradate degree, preferably with a technical / engineering subject
