Job Responsibility:-

· Ensure preparation of technical proposals and presentations for the Ministry of Defence/ Customers
· Generate draft and ensure the posting of approach paper on new business areas
· Prepare and coordinate the work related to Memorandum of Understanding, drafting of agreement/ contract and CCS papers
· Coordinate the preparation of RFP and participate in evaluation of responses and discussions with OEMs
· Lead discussions with foreign vendors to finalize collaborative agreements for new business opportunities
· Ensure the preparation of minute briefs and progress reports on a requirement basis
· Ensure preparation and finalization of status reports to Ministry of Defence/ Services on miscellaneous topics such as indo- foreign collaboration, DefenceProcurement Procedures, etc.
· Participate in the formulation of Defence Procurement Procedure (DPP) policy
· Identify development needs of subordinates and recommend suitable training programs for addressing them

Eligibility Criteria:-

He will possess a Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Aeronautical / Electrical / Electronics) with 21 years of Post Professional Qualification experience preferably in the areas of Aeronautical or Engineering Industry. The candidate should havepreferably worked in a company having more than turnover of 1 Billion $ US.Preferably: 2-10 years in Operational band, 11-15 years in Managerial Band and 15+years in Business / Strategic Band

Location:- Bangalore, Karnataka.

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) came into existence on 1st October 1964.  The Company was formed by the merger of Hindustan Aircraft Limited with Aeronautics India Limited and Aircraft Manufacturing Depot, Kanpur.
