The role is to provide HR leadership and work closely with the Lubricants business teams in India Focus Unit. This includes not only providing a full fledged generalist HR service but also rolling out various Change management and strategic HR initiatives which will help the business to achieve its vision and goals.
The primary roles & responsibilities include:
Assist the effective implementation of People Basics within the India automotive sales & marketing organisation
Develop and implement a resourcing plan for the India Sales & marketing organisation and ensure that they are adequately met through appropriate recruitment strategies
Partner Communications & Engagement activity in the region and participate in the rollout of employee engagement and change management initiatives in the regions.
Help assess and build capability of the Sales team - Technical/ Functional and Leadership
Assist in the development of a comprehensive talent management plan for the Sales & Marketing function with CIL
Ensure regular and accurate reporting of People statistics and related MI for the India focus unit
Provide support and advice to senior sales & marketing leaders on people issues
Knowledge / Skills / Experience
Graduate with post graduate qualification in Human resources
5- 7 years post qualifications experience in HR.
