Responsibilities:-

Work very closely with both sales teams to devise and execute scalable marketing programs to strengthen the sales pipeline for both our businesses
Develop and execute a framework and content for engagement programs focused on new customer acquisition, up-sell and renewal among customers
Build and strengthen LinkedIn’s brand association for both our businesses in conjunction with the local PR team
Drive insights through research / analytics for both sales team to equip them to sell better
Develop alliances with potential partners to improve marketing profitability / ROI
As part of the leadership team, this role needs to advise on building efficiencies in our sales cycle, new areas of investment, emerging trends for the hiring solutions and marketing solutions businesses

Requirements:-

A minimum 15 years experience in B2B marketing for technology brands, with team handling experience in the past
Someone who has built, executed and importantly scaled up ROI driven marketing programs for both acquisition and engagement
An understanding of online marketing and the online business is a must
Experience working in a hyper-growth industry with international complexity
Skills necessary to manage outside partners such as agencies, partner associations
