In particular, our Media Platforms team develops CPM-based brand advertising solutions and incubates new media platforms. The team works closely with all Google sales channels to manage relationships and grow revenue with all of our customers.

The role: Industry Manager, Media Sales, India

As a Google Industry Manager, you work with those strategic customers who produce, market, or sell products or services related to media and display sectors. This is a highly consultative position that reports directly to the Managing Director for South East Asia. You are responsible for presenting the team's strategy and managing a team to increase sales on a regional level. Focusing on building strong relationships at the highest possible level, your goal is to help your clients and their agencies get as many of their marketable assets online in an affordable and measurable way. You combine exceptional industry knowledge, compelling communication/presentation skills, and inspired prospecting/analytical abilities to develop and close new business as well as grow existing business.


Responsibilities:-

    * Acquire and share deep knowledge of Google’s display landscape, its competitive set, and key                 business issues that affect the clients and industry.
    * Develop smart, integrated, research-based proposals and presentations to enhance Google's                   reputation with clients as a consultant and partner.
    * Use your comprehensive knowledge of Google's products to align them with the client's marketing           objectives.
    * Utilize measurement tools to add relevant, trustworthy data to presentations and proposals.
    * Prepare bespoke presentations for use on external platforms. These will need to be uniquely                      fashioned to suit different audiences in different modes.

Requirements:-

    * BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record.
    * Sales support and market research experience preferred.
    * Superior analytical skills that include the ability to see granular as well as big-picture issues.
    * Strong project management, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
    * Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
    * Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
