Ability to make decisions independently/propensity to make calculated risks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills able to communicate difficult concepts in simple terms
Strong awareness of technology trends and potential influence on Capillary business
Must be able to demonstrate both a passion for technology and a strong aptitude for business strategy
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks to completion
A sense of humour with ability to gel with different levels of people.
Highly confident and able to develop strong relationships
Ability to work cooperatively within a team, proactively manage own and team’s schedule to get results
BE / B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology or Master of Computer Applications (MCA)/ MBA from reputed institutions.
5+ years of relevant industry experience.
Fluent English & <country specific Language>– more language skills are a plus.
2-3 Years of experience in selling IT products, preferential Software products.
