Job Description: HTML5, RWD, GWT, Angular JS, Backbone JS, jQuery, WebSphere Portal, LifeRay, Jboss Portal 1. Over All 8-10 Yrs of experience in Java/J2EE 2. Solid experience in J2EE Technologies ( JSP, Servlets, EJB, WebServices ) 3. Experience integrating enterprise technology platforms /BPM/ESB/EAI, especially from Vendors like IBM, Web methods, Oracle. 4. Solid command of OOD principles / Design patterns using Java/J2EE 5. Good breadth of technical experience including: Messaging Middleware, Service Oriented Architectures, Web Services, XML, Java and Databases 6. Able to rationalize all architectural / design decisions in an objective manner 7. RDMS experience in MSSQL/Oracle/DB2 8. Experience in Java/J2EE application performance Tuning, Application clustering, load balancing, Single Sign-on 9. Experience in Java/J2EE Patterns/frameworks/tools in different layers/migration/different types of testing/code quality etc (Spring/SEAM/Struts/PMD/Hibernate) 10. A reasonable understanding of XML and related technologies 11. Experience in Data Modeling & Designing Databases: MS-SQL, Oracle, JDBC 12. Understanding of Web Application Server technologies 13. Experience in leading consulting studies and Solution Architecture Design 14. Experience in developing Java/J2EE Frameworks & Certifications in concerned Platform is an advantage 15. Prior professional services / consulting background 16. Strong communication, presentation, and advisory skills 17. Willingness to travel. 1. Experience in Insurance domain (Pensions and Annuities) 2. Exposure to a wide range of technologies including enterprise application integration, database design and configuration, web applications, operating platforms, security and networking 3. Possess a strong technical background and willingness to learn 4. Architect level certification from Sun/Oracle/IBM in Java/J2EE platforms 5. At least one Solution technical/white paper presented in standard international forums 6. Experience and knowledge on Industry recognized enterprise architecture framework such as Zachman, TOGAF along with their benefits, constraints, limitations within the context of Enterprise Architecture Management in an organization 7. Able to provide Business architecture, application architecture, information architecture, technology architecture, security architecture, integration architecture and infrastructure architecture 8. Experience in providing enterprise architecture strategy, establishing solution landscape and preparing execution strategy and implementation plan for large transformation deals
