The role: Manager, Technical Services, Media and Platform Solutions
As a Manager, Technical Service, you will manage a team that provides post-implementation support to Google's customers all over the globe for DoubleClick Search or DoubleClick for Advertisers. You'll become an expert in our competitive advertising products and work with a team of vendors to deliver first class customer support to our global customers. As a SME, you will be responsible for training the team on products, new feature releases, workflow, and also for defining and monitoring operational metric to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team. You will also liaise with regional management/POCs and other departments for providing two-way communication on customer issues and questions. Your will put in all the efforts required for achieving high level of customer satisfaction & happiness. You will also have the opportunity to manage high-impact internal initiatives and projects to help take our business to the next level. Our team values collaboration, commitment, and teamwork. * Manage a team that provides post-implementation support to Google's customers all over the globe for DoubleClick Products.
* Gain thorough knowledge and expertise in assigned Google products and act as escalation point for the team.
* Manage workflow and operational metric to ensure accurate resolution of queries for our global customers within agreed TAT.
* Partner with senior-level personnel within Escalations Management, Sales, and Consulting and Implementation teams to troubleshoot issues.
* Liaise with the regional management/POCs and other departments for providing two-way communication on customer issues and questions.
* BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record. MBA preferred
* At least 8 years of experience of which 2 years of people management experience is a must.
* Interest in working with vendor team in a client-facing service environment.
* Ability to absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
* Willingness to work flexi-time to work with a team catering to global customers.
