Manage a group of Business Analyst and Senior Business Analysts
Responsible for resource planning, hiring and thought leadership for the group at large.
Providing the content lead on projects involving strong functional expertise and domain knowledge
Coaching and mentoring – as a career manager a Manager’s role is to essentially mentor team members.
Development of training modules and imparting training to the group.
Managing a team that is in analytics supporting risk function of the bank
Analyzing and preparing presentations from research data and Dashboard creation
Lead projects or modules of larger projects
Manage client communication and expectations
Train team members on skills needed for successful project execution
Skill Set Required:-
Ability to identify and solve issues effectively on time
Good knowledge of MS Office, SQL and MS Access packages
3-4 years experience on SAS
2-3 years experience on Basel-II
Knowledge of statistical software like CART/ Decision Tree/ Enterprise Miner
Ability to analyze and synthesize the available data and bring out value-added insights to the clients
Ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely manner
Challenging current thinking by implementing new ways of working
Ability to practice attentive and active listening skills
Excellent communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Education and Experience:-
Graduates (preferably in Statistics, Economics, Operations Research) / B. Tech. / B. E. , M.B.A. from a reputed institute with 4-6 years of relevant experience in Risk analytics across Banks, credit cards, other financial services.
Experience of working on predictive modeling and reporting related to Basel II.
