New Hire sessions
Floor Support
Client Management
Analysis and Reporting
New Hire session responsibilities include:-
Conducting Assessments – Pre , Mid and Post
Conducting Communication ( Voice & Soft Skills) sessions
One on One feedback
Maintaining Batch Demographics and attendance
EWS ( Early Warning Signs) to be raised on time
Customized Nissan session for getting acquainted to the American Culture, terminology, names, phraseology, slangs, accent etc.
Training yield
Batch and individual performance
Handover – report out at the end of the session
Tracking performance once the batch hits the floor – ongoing for all batches\
Floor Support responsibilities include -
Conducting TNI for the floor
Analyzing, Planning and conducting training refreshers based on the TNI
100 % Call Monitoring followed by feedback
Weekly review with Operations
Weekly report out
Client Calls
Calibration sessions
Drive contests to improve communication
Responsible for overall improvement of Communication skills
Responsible for creating content to improve communication
Solutioning
Client Management –
Ensure we maintain transparent communication
Punctuality in commitment
Help provide solutions

Job Qualifications/Requirements:-
UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization PG - Post Graduation Not Required
