Provide Level-1 Level-2 production support for productions support services across 24x7 coverage. Scope of the activities include Handle activities performed by others in the teamLeverage technology to develop flexible, efficient and robust solutions/automation within the scope of workProvide guidance to the team and handle managerial responsibilities in the absence of managerTroubleshooting incidents/problem related to specific domainsPossesses expertise and/or support for multiple technologiesDocumentation of system activities and derive metrics Assists in planning, organizing, and controlling system projectsDevises system and programming alternatives and functional specificationsLeverages technology to develop flexible, efficient and robust solutionsEnsure change control process followed for all system change implementationsEnsure project documentation as per SP / P&P manualsTake care of existing team to perform their duties.
Qualifications:- Any bachelor's or master's degree
