Client responsibilities:-
Visa & Immigration related support for Inbounds / Outbounds :
?   Perform checks and measures around assignees status with the firm, passport validity, experience levels and provide clearance for visa processing
?   Deploy assignees on assignment to various countries as per the country specific immigration requirements / project requirement.
?   To get acquainted with regular /periodical changes in immigration rules / mobility environment.
Travel  related support for Inbounds / Outbounds :-
?   Coordinating with assignees to ensure completion of travel related documents and travel formalities.
?   Process & issue the foreign exchange advance to assignees prior to the start of Assignment
?   Adheres and conforms to the travel check list
?   Assists in the reassignment of projects / personnel due to personnel leaving/joining the firm, or to client delay/acceleration.
?   Participates in Sub-Area and/or national conference calls, as deemed needed
?   Interact with multiple stakeholders for the purpose of Taxation, Immigration, Accommodation, Insurance & foreign exchange for the assignee's assignment
?   Ensures end customer delight, by proactive identification of potential issues in process delivery and suggesting solutions
?   Develop, maintain and update process documents on a regular basis
Hospitality related support for Inbounds / Outbounds :-
?   Sending out orientation memo for all inbound assignees / coaches.
?    Coordination for housing / transportation facilities / telephone connection
?   Coordination with the destination service provider for FRRO (wherever applicable) / Bank A/c / Look See / House Search / Education Assistance etc
?   Coordinating for Shipment of goods & Repatriation
Mobility support for Inbounds: Assisting Mobility Manager/Lead on the following:-
?   Liaise with Business / service line regarding the Assignees' current terms and conditions
?   Coordinate with host coordinator immediately when assignment is known
?   Calculate and determine assignee's benefits and allowances according to the global policies
?   Coordinate with Finance for hypo tax calculation and treatment of social security with Host mobility coordinator
?   Assemble cost estimates
?   Follow-up for justification in case if an 'exception to policy'. If justified, inform host consultant and refer to Area Lead/Policy function with respective business case
?   Coordinate Host Mobility & Travel team for right kind of visa 
?   Prepare letters of assignment and secure assignment cost allocation approvals
?   Coordinate with concerned SPOCs for Assignment orientation for International Assignee and spouse including review of documentation, cultural training, language training, etc.
?   Point of contact for all parties involved in the individual's assignment
?   Provide pre-, on- and post-assignment support to assignee and family in conjunction with host mobility coordinator
?   Maintain contact with assignees while on assignment, including through PMDP / repatriation process
 Mobility Support for Outbound :-
?   Review and provide feedback, if any, on CE's for assignees relocating inbound to your sub-area/country/Area of responsibility
?   Support business leaders in understanding costs for inbound assignees based on the CE prepared by home sub-area/country mobility coordinator, work to secure final approvals from host leadership
?   Review and provide feedback on requested exceptions. Refer to own Area Lead/policy function if necessary
?   Provide support for inbound assignees with:
?   Visa and work permit issues / Tax planning and compliance / Liaise with payroll to ensure appropriate set up of split pay (if applicable) and compliance issues
?   Assist home mobility coordinator with pre-assignment trip as needed
?   Partner with local HR to organize office orientation to cover items such as T&E, office policies, as well as information how to secure accommodation for assignees
?   Point of contact for all parties involved in mobility
?   Provide pre-, on- and post-assignment support to assignee and family in conjunction with local HR
Mobility Reports :-
?   External reports to EMEIA Mobility team on Inbound & outbound / external reports to EMEIA Mobility team on exception management / Internal Report on Inbounds & Outbound travel.
People responsibilities:-
?     Contribute individually, being a role model to others.
?     Coach and mentor junior peers when called upon to do so.
?     Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures
Skills Requirements:-

    *  BSc
    *  Approximately 3-5 years of experience
    *  Strong analytical skills - detail oriented
    *  Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools
    *  Very strong communication skills, both oral and written
    *  Strong organizational skills
    *  Proficient at negotiation skills and conflict management
    *  Strong client service focus--responsive to requests maintains a sense of urgency in resolving issues
    *  Flexible in adapting to constantly changing priorities
    *  Outstanding teamwork and interpersonal skills
    *  Self-starter, able to work independently
    *  Positive attitude and pleasant demeanor
