Responsibilities

    Monitor Office infrastructure
    Develop, communicate and drive Service improvement plans to maintain an environment of continuous improvement with a focus on rapid growth
    Manage customer interaction with utmost professionalism, courtesy and responsiveness
    Maintain files and databases
    Monitor office operations
    Track office supply inventory
    Supervise housekeeping and security personnel
    Coordinate with the accounts department on bills settlement and invoicing etc.
    Coordinate with HR department on recruitment drives
    Coordinate with IT department on Boot camp arrangement
    Monitoring of office utilities/inventory
    Housekeeping and general maintenance
    Supervision security and housekeeping management
    Maintain management information systems (manual or computerized)
    Manage petty cash and reimbursements
    Responsible for liaison with Internal and external customers
    Responsible for all communication tasks for the company and related duties
    Travel arrangement and facility management
    Handle all Administration and Procurement related function for the Organization

Skills:

    Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
    Highly organized and flexible
    Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
    Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
    Maintain staff confidentiality
    Working knowledge of email, scheduling and spreadsheets
    Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)
    Ability to work 6 days a week

Candidate Profile:

    Any graduate with first class throughout academics
    Operations Experience in a 24 x 7 x 365 support model
    Demonstrate quantitative and analytical skills, and collaboration with various teams
    6 months – 2 years of experience
