Corporate Citizenship & Corporate Affairs is a global organization, reporting to IBM Headquarters in Armonk. The role of CCCA is to ensure that IBM is, and is seen as a good corporate citizen. The function handles all contributions, donations and community support projects across the region. There is significant interaction with country IBM managers and executives, and with Ministries of Education and with senior executives in major community organizations. The role also involves engaging with NGO partners to implement the CCCA programs in the field of education, skill development etc. It also involves collaborating across business –Government Programs, University Relations, Geo Expansion, Smarter Cty teams and the Marketing & Communication teams.Experience of having worked in an NGO, managed the projects at the field level in the areas of school education, skill development, entrepreneurship is a must. Duties and Responsibilities:
To implement CCCA initiatives and activities according to global CCCA strategy by engaging extensively with NGO partners, come up with program implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the program in addition to managing the program budget
Provide opportunities for IBM executives in the public policy arena, key organizations and in high visibility program areas
Effectively communicate IBM’s key messages and strategies to internal and external audiences ( employees & influencers in the community).
Support the Brand Strategy through event management, campaigns, Social Media tools both internally and externally
Be recognized as a team player in the community and within IBM
Provide thought leadership in creating and implementing solutions to community problems through knowledge of IBM technology and e-business, K-12 education and workforce training and other IBM priority areas
Prefer a Masters in Social Work or related field/ Experience of working in an NGO managing program on the field
Program Management/Project management communication, Social media,volunteering experience in the community
