Institutionalise Quality Improvement teams & projects across KEC
Drive annual quality improvement plan in co-ordination with concerned.
Quality benchmarking and deployment of best practices across KEC
Impart training on Quality tools and techniques across KEC
Managerial/Technical Qualities
At least 10 years of comprehensive experience in Quality Assurance / Mfg Engg. / Production experience, preferably in Electrical Industry Quality.
Experience of driving improvement projects and people management is a MUST with exposure to manufacturing environment.
Hands on experience in driving quality improvement projects and intended results.
Knowledge of latest quality tools, techniques & international Quality standards.
Hands on experience in training people on Quality tools and techniques.
Experiance Required 10-15 years
Education Level Graduates Or Post Graduates
Education Qualification B E(Electrical/ Mechanical)
Experiance Area QA
Nature Of Experiance QA
Other Qualification Preferred BE
