Design and develop KEC QMS requirements for all business processes and deployment through Unit level QMS documentation.
Review, maintain & Update the Quality System Manual and Handbooks.
Business Process Integration & Harmonisation. (Process Approach)
Drive annual quality improvement plan in co-ordination with concerned.
Plan and perform Quality System Audits - & monitoring of Improvement actions.
Quality Reporting & review - Quality Scorecard & Quality Operating System.
Deployment of customer specific requirements for manufacturing
Advance Quality planning & Design review co-ordination
Customer complaint investigation and review of corrective actions
Coordination of Change control management
Customer Quality
Customer Compliant coordination
APQP coordination & support to Project Organization and other related functions
Customer contact / visit & project review.
Customer Submission requirement for new / modified products.
Follow-up quality progress of external / internal product homologation test.
Internal training & coaching on APQP deployment.
Change Management
Coordinate Engineering Change Management process, internally & externally with Customers / Marketing & Sales Organization, as applicable.
Managerial/Technical Qualities
Customer warranty Handling, Project Management, & supplier quality experience is desirable.
Knowledge of International Standards, PPAP, APQP, MSA and process audit skill etc.
Comprehensive experience in total Quality Assurance / Mfg Engg. / Production experience, preferably in Electrical Industry Quality.
Experiance Required 10-15 years
Education Level Graduates Or Post Graduates
Education Qualification B E(Electrical/ Mechanical)
Experiance Area QA
Nature Of Experiance QA
Other Qualification Preferred BE
