Responsibilities:-

    Lead a Sales Team of 10-15 executives
    Achieve the set targets across multiple metrics like:
    i) Acquiring new merchants, sourcing of credit card applications with the help of the team and branch support
    ii) Portfolio growth
    iii) Reducing Merchant attrition
    iv) Branch Trainings on products and card offers
    v) Cross Sell numbers and value added credit card features, such as insurance. COC etc.
    Managing productivity of the sales team
    Hiring of sales/relation team

Requirements:-

    Candidate must be a full tim graduate.
    At least year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    Thorough knowledge of channel/ branch management
    Should have a minimum of two years of sales experience in financial services.
