Job Description:-

The Online Sales and Operations (OSO) team keeps Google growing and profitable. We are dedicated to supporting the company's expanding base of advertisers, publishers and users in more than 40 languages on a global basis, and providing them with the highest levels of service. We are responsible for supporting customers and generating revenue from a broad range of products such as AdWords, AdSense, Gmail and Google Earth. This means that OSO team members need to be proactive, motivated, organized, responsible - and able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Location:- Gurgaon

The role: Sales Manager, Inside Sales Organization

As an Inside Sales Representative, you provide the highest level of sales to our advertisers within a specific industry such as Retail, Technology, Finance, Travel, Local, Entertainment and Media. You’ll sell Google’s AdWords, the leading online advertising platform in India as well as Google Display solutions to prospective medium-to-large size companies. You will work closely with a dedicated account management team who executes a well thought-out campaign that provides advertiser with measurable return on investment. You will identify potential large advertisers, pitch to them over the phone and meet with them face to face to promote our products.

Responsibilities:-

    * Prospect for new clients and react to inbound customer requests
    * Secure new AdWords clients by presenting search marketing solutions, and create relevant ad                 campaigns that maximize their ROI
    * Work within a team that supports a particular sector and educate customers on the opportunities                within them
    * Develop sales pitch strategies that optimize the market potential
    * Develop relationship with advertising agencies


Requirements:-

    * BA/BS degree and MBA preferred or equivalent experience
    * At least 3 years of sales/client relationship management experience
    * Proven ability to work with Microsoft Office
    * Excellent knowledge of Google Advertising Products
    * Demonstrate proactive approach in providing solutions to high-touch, top-tier clients
    * Excellent cross-cultural communication skills as well as the ability to handle a large team of diverse         individuals
