Job Description:- Broad Responsibilities/ Major Deliverables:- 1.Generates staffing requirements for the Long Range Hiring, Training and Short Range Forecasts 2Focal point for all forecasting, gathering input from the Program Team and other key stakeholders 3 Designs and develops forecasting scenarios 4 Reviews and confirm final assumptions with WFM Leaders for Long Range Planning 5 Manage agents schedule assignment within Aspect EWFM / Erlang 6 Provides input for hiring and training 7Participates in management meetings and sessions. Support the WFM team, as identified

Experience Required: 1 to 6

Education Required: (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required) AND (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required)
