Key Responsibilities:-

1.Achieve Collection Plan v/s. Actual
2.Achieve Plan V/s Actual Sales Target for West
3.Collection of C forms on regular basis for new as well as Old c forms & old overdue payments.
4.New Customer development for General Purpose Motors

Job Description:-

The candidate will be responsible for:

1)Prepare quotations for new enquiries.
2)Follow up with Customers for Payments, C-forms, and Monthly schedules.
3)Customer visits for any pending issues, taking customer feedback
4)Sending dispatch status to OEM customers
5)Collection of C forms on regular basis.
6)Collection of c forms & old overdue payments.
7)Preparation of credit notes wherever applicable.
8)Retention of old customers as well as development of new customers.
9)Collect ledger statements from Customers for Debtors reconciliation on quarterly basis
10)Communicate customer complaints if any to quality department


Qualification:-

Essential Qualification: Graduate in Any Discipline
Preferred Qualification: Graduate , MBA, Computer Knowledge

Experience:-

Essential Experience: 3 to 5 years
Preferred Experience: 4 to 8 Years

Special Skill:-

Negotiation Skills
