Job Description:-

Minimum of 5 years in IT Service Delivery / Service Control Management in a complex, multi-supplier environment Technical Skills and Capabilities (Primary - Must have) ITIL Service Chain and Incident, Problem and Change processes Customer Relationship Management IT service delivery marketplace and best practice Service Culture Operational IT business needs and dependencies IT applications and infrastructure
Reasonable level of skills in:- Service delivery management Negotiation & conflict management Financial/budget management Business and Risk assessment & management Influencing Communication (oral and written) Resource management Good relationship development and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Business acumen.

Experience:- 8 - 10 Years
Education:- UG - Any Graduate PG - Any PG Course.
