Client responsibilities:-
?     Effectively creates layouts with strong typography and appropriate use of color, images and fonts, allowing for readability of type.
?     Effectively creates interactive presentations or proposals using a variety of software tools.
?     Develops architecture, artwork and basic programming for creation of new media presentations, graphics web design and on-screen presentations.
?     Develops complex concepts for packaging design and carries through with the construction of ideas.
?     Effectively utilizes styles, master pages, templates, tracking, kerning and leading.
?     Maintains expertise with graphics software tools, proficiency in firm standard loadset and equipment required of the position, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Flash, Dreamweaver, etc.
?     Advanced knowledge for troubleshooting technical issues in graphic files for pre-press and printing - linking graphics, including fonts and creating color separations.
?     Fundamental knowledge for troubleshooting technical issues in electronic files for web and on screen viewing - graphic linking, file size, venue execution.
?     Develops best practices utilizing "state-of-the-art" techniques, equipment, and advancements within the design community.
?     Knowledge of and ability to work with other functional areas of the firm such as digital platforms, IT, marketing and other creative departments.
?     Ability to work effectively with external vendors.
?     Thinks strategically to relate design work to the client's business needs.
?     Influences a client to choose an effective design and deliverable solution within budget requirements.
?     Facilitates project meetings and positive discussions relating to appropriate graphics methods/techniques to meet project requirements.
?     Successfully negotiates project deadlines to create timelines, determines project scope to define cost estimates, and schedule changes for client approval.
?     Acts as an advisor/coach in a peer mentor role or as a subject matter expert.
?     May train other senior designers, designers, and document specialists in the use of design principles, as well as the use of specific design tools.
?     Creates timelines and cost estimates for client approval.s.
People responsibilities:-
?     Contribute individually, being a role model to others
?     Coach and mentor junior peers when called upon to do so
?     Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures
Skills Requirements:-
?     Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Graphic Design and/or related discipline, or relevant work experience.
?     Experience: Approximately 5 to 8 years of related experience of which at least two years should be in a senior position with  proven client handling experience.
?     Communication skills: Excellent communication skill in English is essential as the role requires direct communication with international team members and clients. Should be able to motivate team and articulate team and firm goals.
?     Tools: Excellent knowledge of the design, document production and print processes. Excellent technical knowledge in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite products are pre-requisits for this role.
