Job Description:-

    * Lead a team of analysts to provide support and analysis of the testing process on a global basis to ensure the successful delivery of the Finance Transformation Programme.
    * This individual will be expected to ensure that they understand business processes, apply finance domain expertise and the technicalities of delivery to ensure that the systems development life cycle meets business requirements.
    * This individual will support senior members of the Global Finance Testing team and be able to opine on issues surrounding testing, process and procedural issues as they relate to the Finance community.

Skills Required:-

    * Should have accounting background; be fluent in general ledger functionality (preferably in PeopleSoft) as well as related terminology (currency conversion, revaluation, translation, etc...).
    * Should also be able to understand how General Ledger acts as the books and records of the firm.
    * Should understand how journal entries work and they should understand the impact associated with how journal entries affect the balances of the books and records.
    * Experience in working with Financial Systems, esp people soft.
    * Experience of working within at least two of the following areas: programme support, testing analysis / execution, business and / or system process analysis within Finance and / or Controllers department(s)
    * Must be able to produce high quality documentation and has previously served as a liaison to user communities and management teams
    * Must exhibit extremely professional demeanour and must be comfortable working with all members of the team including senior management
    * Must have excellent attention to detail, be able to work within tight deadlines and within high pressure environments
    * Knowledge of software testing and defect management tools (i.e.: Mercury Quality Center / Test Director)
    * Strong preference for knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials (General Ledger, Reporting Tools Infrastructure components, etc…)
    * Must be flexible and open to travel
    * Knowledge of domestic and / or international formal project management methodologies (i.e.: CMMI, Prince 2, ISEB, etc…)
    * PMP certification preferable but not required
    * Testing certification(s) (Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA), Certified Software Testing Professional (CSTP), Certified Test Manager (CTM), etc…) preferable but not required

6+ Years of working experience desired
