Candidate Profile:-

 

  • Candidate must have a total of 6-8 years of PQE with primary focus in managing a multi disciplinary operations team in a similar role working for a large professional services firm or an executive search firm (with international exposure will be an asset). The individual must show drive and a can do attitude.
  • Knowledge of principles, methods, and practices related to Lead Generation activities
  • Able to exercise great initiative independent judgment, self-motivated, goal oriented, and dependable
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships
  • Should be an effective communicator verbally as well as through writing skills. Ability to speak, write and read the English language
  • Able to engage management decision makers and influencers at any level
  • Solid problem-solving and business acumen skills. Able to understand organizational structures
  • Willingness to work additional hours in order to meet tight deadlines and time zone differences
  • Familiarity with CRM technology will be an asset
  • Build strong networks in- and outside the Firm, handle rejection with poise and work well in teams or independently
  • Ability to build relationships and possess people management skills
  • ATS knowledge will be an asset
  • Advanced understanding of running complex Boolean searches and strong internet research skills required


Job Description:-

  • To be the single point of contact (SPOC) for the off-shore team
  • Advising the team on sourcing and selection best practices and processes
  • Process Management – ensuring deliverables of the team reach the client as per the highest quality standards and in a timely manner
  • Maintaining right staffing levels through capacity planning and effective shift management
  • Training of RPO staff and up scaling their skill set with prevalent best practices with respect to sourcing/ lead generation techniques
  • Reviewing applications and maintaining a spreadsheet with details of sources used to attain CVs
  • Preparing reports to monitor progress on a weekly basis. Ensure SLAs are documented and monitored
  • Report analysis, investigation of problem areas/processes, escalations
  • Working together with the onshore stakeholders and the respective service line HR SPOCs to source, train and on-board new RPO team members in accordance with their growth plans
  • Qualitative analysis of applications sourced and short listing them
  • Understanding the clients operating market and able to work to targets
  • Able to delegate responsibilities
  • To collect, analyze and present market intelligence as well as monitor latest lead generation trends regularly
