Good knowledge on OOPS, Design Patterns, Multi Tier Architecture, High Level Designing
Ability to work in an Agile environment, with good problem solving capabilities
An appetite to learn and grow in a fast paced environment.
Understands the project requirements to the extent of estimating and creating LLD at the module level
Ability to create and manage traceability from requirements to work products
Understands and confirms to projects change management processes
Complete understanding of the design process followed for the project
Creates technical/functional designs for simple solution
Diligently follows coding standards and proactively addresses performance issues in his/ her code
Performs unit testing and conducts peer code reviews
Understands concepts of testing practices
Ability to plan and prioritize the work ahead effectively
Escalates issues/risks in a timely manner
Ability to communicate effectively with the team the technical/client requirements
Should be able to identify problem areas and resolve the same logically and independently.
