    Organising & managing the various training programmes within OCC basis Calendars and demonic business requirements.
    Structured On-boarding Training of more than 350 new employees. As these candidates are mostly fresher, Trainings in Industry, Organizations, Systems & processes, Product and Selling Skills.
    To study Industry best practices and implement the same for 5000 work stations , in accordance to business dynamics.
    Categorizing TSEs under buckets of productivity, & monitoring impact of Trainings under each category. Designing new modules for people under below productivity buckets and study there developments.
    Ensure training targets are met and maintained in accordance with current legislation. Develop and maintain up-to-date training and personal development plans for all staff.
    Do a training need analysis (TNA) across channels to understand the related gap if any.
    Develop different modules basis vintage of callers & need based training.
    Monthly refreshers training for all callers.
    To monitor, study and report compliance & adherence to Induction process, sales, service, query updating & CRM updation by TSEs across the floor.
    To build strong floor engagement & motivation exercises like Recognition, Personal touch, feedback session , Festival celebrations , Fun@work concepts wherein high energies and excitement is build resulting required efficiency levels.
    To conceptualize and execute various employee skill building exercises to build strong belongingness and great culture at work.
    To keep a strong eye on attritions and ensure the same is controlled under acceptable levels basis various engagement, skill building & motivating exercises


    Essential- Graduate / Post Graduate.
    Preferable- MBA
    Minimum work experience of 4 to 5 yrs
    Previous training experience in BPO will be an added advantage.
    Previous experience in training , TNA & audits added advantage.
    Should be a team player.
    Should have good oral and written communication skills and analytical ability.
    Should have excellent training & presentation skills.
