Job Description :
Leading team of on roll Sales Managers & advisors - agency for life insurance business.
To handle the entire branch activities
Recruiting and sourcing employees from DS/DST background
Understand where each SM is going wrong in (by going on joint calls with SMs in the areas)
Leadership and target orientation to the team.
Motivate team for achieving daily, weekly and monthly goals.
Monitor and review against plan and take appropriate course corrections.
Provide leadership to the entire local team by clearly communicating vision and objectives of the organization, and of the local team.
Identify skills gaps, creating developmental plans, and ensure implementation of developmental plans via training and other relevant activities.
Achieve sales targets
Going on joint calls with SM as and when required
Conducting weekly performance reviews, and identifying action steps for improvement.
Advisor Management / Making advisors independent
Coach SMs in the above areas through de-briefing, demonstration calls, learning sessions
Monitor results vis--vis efforts to stay on top of SM assessment and assessing of skill / attitude gaps
Target setting for different SMs based on ability, vintage and current LA Span & Quality
Communicate targets, incentive systems, policies and career growth aspects.
Requirements:- Minimum 4 year expereince from Life Insurance background.
