Define the online partner development strategy for YouTube in India, focusing on individual creators, but also made-for-Internet business partners, target verticals/genres, development and acquisition opportunities, and iterate on our partner value proposition for different groups.
Plan the tactics of partner development: targeting communities and online creators, developing leads, "one to many" acquisition methods (seminars, marketing, leveraging third-party organizations, etc) with an aim to scaling the process.
Execute partner development activities: identify and reach out to potential partner groups, plan and execute “one to many” sessions, manage the sign-up process for new partners.
Lead, influence and motivate other team members to support the partner development process; provide leadership/guidance to the team for overall partnership support and development.
Represent YouTube at external presentations, industry events, seminars, etc to communicate the benefits of the YouTube platform and partner program.
BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience).
MBA or other graduate degree.
4 years of business experience, with online community or content partner management or business development experience including history of relationship and community growth success experience in Internet or mobile content.
Self-directed, motivated and driven performer - ability to think strategically and handle multiple time-sensitive projects and competing priorities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to speak to business stakeholders internally and partners (including a large number of audiences).
