Job Description:- Gross Acquisitions through Planning, Market potential mapping, Channel & Team monitoring. Responsible for acquiring high base of fixed line voice and broadband connection To monitor & ensure quality resolution of complaints and requests within the SLA
Job Profile:- To manage, plan, monitor and enhance quality acquisitions through the DSA, DRA and ARC model with a team of channel managers.
