Job Description:- Achieve Net Gross additions in Post Paid segment, including Blackberry, ADCs Drive Channel Expansion & Market Development Implement Sales Management Process Ensure a high Channel Satisfaction score Ensure adequate quality of manpower at Channel Partnersend SEF Compliance
Job Profile:- Plan and monitor implementation of Sales strategy for the zone to achieve AOP targets for Net Adds in Post-paid, Blackberry, ADCs through Distributors, DSAs, ARCs Analyse, implement and evaluate methods to ensure high quality acquisitions and partner with CSD team to minimise First Bill Churn in order to maintain a healthy Gross to Net conversion Identify and evaluate opportunities for market development for less penetrated areas Ensure appointment of new channel partners apart from leveraging current distribution to improve penetration Identify, evaluate and appoint new Channel partners in the form of DSAs / Distributors, ARCs while ensuring all required Legal compliances and other regulatory compulsions. Ensure and monitor implementation of a formal Sales management process in order to drive higher productivity and performance of the Sales team and its alignment with the Zonal CSD Team. Also ensure proper adherence to processes to deliver the best possible customer satisfaction (CSMM purchase experience) Monitor ROI of Channel and partner with them to maximise mutual gains through planning and reviewing Channel performance Ensure smooth functioning of Channel support processes like claim settlement, incentives scheme communication and review, trade engagement programs planning and implementation etc. Monitor and ensure execution of training plans for ensuring a high quality customer experience at all sales touch points through certified ARC Outbound sales staff, DSA telecallers Monitor & Control SEF Compliance process through CSMs(Channel Sales Managers), Channel Partner Sales Staff as per the current regulatory norms through a defined training and briefing process.
Minimum Experience:- 06 years
Maximum Experience:- 08 years
