Admission Procedure:-

1. Registration for classes Nursery to XII opens in the first week of December.The minimum age for admission to nursery class is 3 years six months.
2. Minimum age will be calculated as on 31st March in Which year admission is sought.
3. The children are tested in the basic level of English, Hindi, Maths and Science for the class in which the admission is required.
4. The results are declared within a week and the children are admitted, according to the order of merit and depending upon the number of vacancies in the class.
5. The child who has secured a seat will be given one week in which he/she can complete the admission formalities, failing which his seat will be given away.
6. Once the admission formalities are complete, no money except the security will be refunded, in case the child does not want to take up the given seat.
7. The principals decision regarding the admission is final.

Fee Payment:-

The fees is collected on a seven installments basis and is to be paid into the Bank of Nanital, Dilaram Bazar and Syndicate Bank, Jakhan, Dehradun, latest by the 10th of the month. A fine of Rs. 100 per month is charged for late fees.

- Students should not be entrusted with the payment of fees.
- A delay beyond four months in the payment of fees shall result in automatic deletion of the students name from the school rolls. No separate notice is required to be given in such an eventuality.
- Those who have not paid fees by the 20th of third month, if not excused by a special arrangement, are liable to be sent home.
- In the absence of one clear months notice for withdrawl, one additional installment of fees will be payable without any consideration of any broken period.
- The fee schedule and other charges are intimated to the parents separately and may change as and when necessary.
