The Cumballa Hill High School has fully equipped and air-conditioned computer lab, well equipped Science Lab, well stocked library, well equipped audio visual room.

Pre-School and Kindergarten

The school has its own Nursery Play Group for the 3+ age group. The timings of which are 9.15am to 11.30 am.

Parents should apply with the following documentation:

   1. Application letter on official letterhead.
   2. Bio-data of Parents.
   3. Original Birth Certificate of the child plus a xerox copy of the same.(Original will be returned immediately by Secretary)

The timing for submission of the above is between 10am and 3pm or by post. Registration has to be completed though it is not a guarantee for admission.

There is no ‘Entrance Test” though the Principal/Headmistress may call the parents for an interview.

We have no divisions, so admission is restricted to brothers/sisters, children of ex-students and those living in the neighbourhood.

Primary – Stds I to IV

Parents are requested to pre-register before January 10th for this section with the following documentation:

   1. Application letter on official letterhead.
   2. Bio-data of Parents.
   3. Original Birth Certificate of the child plus a xerox copy of the same.(Original will be returned immediately by Secretary

The timing for submission of the above is between 10am and 3pm or by post. Registration has to be completed though it is not a guarantee for admission.

*Please Note -  Rules for Transfer:

 1)  A ‘Transfer Certificate’ from the previous school must be submitted for students seeking admission Std II upwards.
If the school is outside Maharashtra State the ‘Transfer Certificate’ should be countersigned by an Education Minister of the state.

   1. In case of students who have not studied in a recognized school in India, the Father/Guardian should give a letter/affidavit to that effect. This has to be confirmed by the Education Department.
   2. If the student is changing ‘Boards’ then an NOC from the Education Department is necessary.

Parents are requested to understand that classes moving up are large and it is difficult for vacancies to exist. However, irrespective of caste, creed or community the school fills up vacancies as per conditions stated above.

Secondary Section: Middle School: Stds V – VII | Senior School:  Stds VIII – X

Parents are requested to pre-register before January 15th for this section with the following documentation:

2. Application letter on official letterhead.
3. Bio-data of Parents.
4. Original Birth Certificate of the child plus a xerox copy of the same. (Original will be returned immediately by Secretary)

The timing for submission of the above is between 10am and 3pm. Registration has to be completed though it is not a guarantee for admission. In case of a chance vacancy, the Secretary will phone you to arrange an interview. A recent report of the previous school is required and the student has to accompany the parents – mother and father please.
