Candidates wishing to apply for GAIL jobs are required to fill the online application form for the same from the organization’s official website www.gailonline.com. On completion of filling the online application form candidates are required to take a copy of the application form and post it along with other covering documents to the address mentioned in the recruitment notification.

Here are some instructions for candidates applying for jobs in GAIL

1.Before applying for the post read through the instructions and determine whether you fulfill the eligibility criteria and other requirements.
2. Candidates applying for engineering posts are required to apply for GATE first
3.Keep your demand draft/ Pay order in hand while applying online as these details are required at the time of online registration.
4.You are required to fill all four sections of demand draft that is Position Details, Personal Details, Education Details, Experience and Fee details.
5.SC/ST/PH candidates are exempt from application fees
6.Ensure that all information provided in the application is accurate. Do a recheck before final submission
7.After checking through the information click the SUBMIT button for submission
8.Please note the auto generated unique registration number that is allotted. This number is useful and should be quoted for future reference.
9.A  clear copy of application may be taken
10.The application duly signed and affixed with latest photograph must be sent by post along with necessary documents.
11.Category and experience certificates are also required to be submitted along in prescribed format along with main application.

Cases in which application form can be rejected 

•Applications received after closing date will not be accepted.
•Incomplete applications would not be entertained.
•Applications of candidates not eligible for various posts will not be accepted.
•Applications that are incomplete or with important covering documents is subject to rejection.
•Applications without categories and experience certificates in the prescribed format are also deemed for rejection.
