The Indian Army application procedure differs with offered jobs in the Indian Army. In case of UPSC Entries (NDA, IMA (DE) and OTA [SSC (Non Tech, men and women) candidates are required to apply online on UPSC website or through the UPSC online application form available at select post offices. In case of other enteries

a) NCC Entry (Men and Women): Download common application form from official website and submit it to NCC units or Group HQ.
b) War Widows and Wards of Battle Casualties: Download common application from website and post the same along with attested copies to the address mentioned in the notification.
c)10+2 TES, TGC, SSC (Tech, men and women) : Apply online through website
d)University Entry Scheme(Pre Final Year Students Only): Apply to the concerned headquarters as per the published advertisment.

How to fill online application form

• Click on ONLINE APPLICATION LINK
• Sign up for registration
• Click on Sign up tab and fill in required details.
• Select own username and password. (Please note down your own username and password) .
• After doing so click on the "Submit" button.
• Welcome window appears displaying User Name and Link for Online Application for 10+2 TES/ TGC/ SSC course.
• Click on the online application form for the course.
• Online application form consists of four parts (a) Personal, (b) Communication, (c) SSB and (d) Academic details.
• Fill all the parts of the application form and click on Save button
• Thereafter First Click Save and then Click on Submit Tab.
• In case you wish to check or edit any information you are required to login.
• After final submission, Roll No will be auto generated and your Online Form in PDF Format with complete details as filled in by you will appear
•  Save the PDF file to your system and take a printout of the same.
