MBA Admission- The demand for an MBA is at all time high post the fears of recession. Though over the past two years B- school placements have seemed a bit subdued  with companies recruiting freshers, this is not a matter of worry. MBA admission in India is conducted through various online aptitude tests. Each university and institute follows its own testing pattern. Apart from that there are also tests like CAT, CMAT, GMAT, XAT and NMAT which are national level test  for admission for various management courses.

Eligibility and Selection- Graduation in any discipline is the main eligibility for MBA. There is no age limit as such to pursue this course. Candidates apart from educational qualification have to clear an entrance exam which is stipulated by the institute of preference.  Final selection of the applicants is done on the basis of performance in the entrance test and subsequent interview and group discussion.

How to prepare for MBA - For MBA  preparations it is advisable that candidates brush up their skills and knowledge especially in the subjects of mathematics, commerce and as well as business management. This will be helpful not only for clearing the test but also for the entire duration of study and the future application. It is advisable that special attention be given to these subjects. Candidates can also join good coaching classes especially for maths and other subjects. Planned and dedicated study is an effective way to prepare for a competitive entrance exam.

Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune (SIBM) MBA Admission:-

The institute announced its MBA Admission for two years full time Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme

Eligibility:-  A Graduate Final Exam appearing student from any statutory university with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ ST) at graduate level.

The application form of IPE can be obtained from the Admissions Officer, Institute of Public Enterprise, OU Campus, Hyderabad – 500 007 by payment in cash of Rs. 750/- (Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty only) in person or through post by sending a crossed demand draft for Rs. 800/- (Rupees Eight Hundred only) drawn in favor of the "Institute of Public Enterprise" payable at Hyderabad.

Application form can also be downloaded from the Institutes website: www.ipeindia.org. Candidates downloading application form from the website need to submit the filled-in application form to IPE along with a DD of Rs.750/- (Rupees Seven hundred and Fifty only) drawn in favour of  "Institute of Public Enterprise" payable at Hyderabad.

Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management (LBSIM) PGDM Admission

LBSIM announced admission for its  AICTE Approved
    * Two years Full time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)
    * Two years Full time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) – Finance

Eligibility: -

•  Candidate should have atleast three years bachelors degree or equivalent in any discipline from recognized university.
