PhD After B.Tech:-

PhD After B.Tech from Indian Institute of Astrophysics:-

The Integrated M.Tech- Ph.D (Tech.) Programme is for motivated students with a three years B.Tech. degree (Post BSc Hons) in Optics and Optoelectronics / Radio Physics and Electronics from CU or B.Tech / BE degree in Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Electronics and Communications/Computer Science and Engineering from an institution recognized by AICTE. A candidate with M.Sc degree in Physics / Electronic Science/ Applied Mathematics /Applied Physics from a UGC recognized institution is also eligible to apply.

Selected students will be fully supported with a studentship of Rs. 16,000/- pm for the first two years. Students will be provided hostel accommodation and medical facilities. However payment of  tuition fee will be student’s responsibility. 

 
PhD After B.Tech from IISC Bangalore:-
 
IISc offers Integrated PhD Program in Biological Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Physical Sciences, Mathematical Sciences
 
Eligibility:-
Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology/ Chemistry/ Physics/ Mathematics/ Pharmacy/ Veterinary Sciences/ Agriculture as applicable to individual discipline, under the 10+2+3/4 system, are eligible to apply to this program. Candidates with BE/B.Tech degree are eligible to apply for only mathematical science discipline.
 
Bachelor degree holders in Physics/ Chemistry/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Electronics followed by qualifications obtained through an examination conducted by professional societies recognized by UPSC/AICTE.
 
Admission Procedure:- Applicants who wish for this Integrated Ph D program should qualify in the IISc Entrance Test. The short-listing of candidates for interview is done based on the performance in the IISc Entrance Test. 
 

PhD After B.Tech from Tata Institute of Fundamental Research - TIFR:-

Integrated PhD Programe in Mathematics & Biology (Bangalore):-

Eligibility:- B.A/ B.Sc/ B.Tech / B.E Degree holder

Admission Priocedure:- Admission through Written Test.
