PhD After PGDM from IGNOU:-
- Minimum Duration: 2 Years
- Maximum Duration: 5 Years
- Course Fee: Rs. 21,000
- Minimum Age: No bar
- Maximum Age: No bar
Eligibility:- An MPhil Degree and a Post-Graduate Degree in a relevant discipline with minimum 55 per cent marks (50 percent marks for SC/ ST/ PH candidates) or an equivalent grade from a university or a recognised institution of higher learning.
PhD After PGDM from IIT Roorkee:- The current research work is focused in the area of Financial Management, Knowledge Management, Marketing Management, Operations Research, Organisational Behavior, Human Resource Management and Quality Management. The Ph. D programme is designed keeping in view the current global corporate needs and the application of managerial knowledge towards better decision making/problem solving. Study of cross-functional disciplines and their applications like SCM, CRM, KM and Enterprise Solutions also constitute areas where Ph. D research is undertaken.
PhD After PGDM from IIT Delhi:- Admission to the Ph.D. programmes is made on the basis of interview conducted by the Department. Applications are invited from candidates by advertising the programmes in Employment News/leading newspapers in March for the first semester and in October, for the second semester every year. Candidates seeking admission must fulfill the required academic qualification/ experience at the time of interview. Admission is subject to vacancy being available in the Department.
FMS BHU Ph.D in Management
Eligibility:-
Qualifying Examination: Master's degree in Business Management (M.B.M.), Management Studies/ Management Sciences (M.M.S.), Business Administration (M.B.A.), International Business Administration (M.I.B.A.), International Business (M.I.B.), M.B.A. (Agri-Business) OR Two years postgraduate diploma in Management from any one of the Indian Institutes of Management (I.I.Ms)/or First Class in two year full time PGDM declared equivalent to Master's Degree in Management by AIU/accredited by AICTE/UGC or Xavier Labour Relations Institute (X.L.R.I.), Jamshedpur or Management Development Institute (M.D.I.), Gurgoan or Institute of Management and Technology (I.M.T.), Ghaziabad or Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (I.I.F.T.), New Delhi or International Management Institute (I.M.I.), New Delhi or School of Management Sciences, Varanasi and Lucknow or First class graduate and professionally qualified Chartered Accountant/Cost and Works Accountant/Company Secretary of the concerned statutory bodies.
Qualifying Marks: At least 60% in the aggregate or equivalent grade point average in the qualifying examination or First Class as per the norms of the concerned University.
Admission Procedure:-
There are two categories of Admission to Doctoral Program in Management. First is through Common Research Entrance Test conducted by the Controller of Examinations, Banaras Hindu University every year.
The second category is CRET Exempted Category to which candidates who have qualified NET-JRF of UGC will be considered for admission. Further working executives are also considered for admission under this Category as Part Time Research Scholar.
FMS Delhi Ph.D in Management
Eligibility Criteria:-
Master's/ M. Phil. degree of the University of Delhi, or any other recognized University, or a Post-graduate Degree in an allied subject equivalent thereof. She/he must have obtained either a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade in the M.Phil. degree or a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade in the Master's degree.
Candidates having an MBA/Master's Degree in an allied subject from University of Delhi or equivalent would be required to write the CAT-2012 test for admission to the Ph.D. programme. Such applicants should have a minimum of two years of experience post their MBA/Master's Degree on the date of writing the admission test.
Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree of four years or more, viz. B.Tech. or M.B.B.S., who have obtained a minimum of 70% and 60% marks or equivalent grades respectively, and also have obtained any national level fellowships, are also eligible to apply for the Ph.D.. Programme.
Permanent teachers of any recognized University/College other than the University of Delhi, employees of a Research Institute in India and candidates sponsored by their employers will be considered for admission to the Ph.D. programme only if they obtain study leave for a period of two years to fulfill the residency requirements of the Ph.D. programme of the University of Delhi.
