Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited was formed as a result of the corporatisation of nine units including four mints and presses functioning under the ministry of Finance of the Government of India. SPMCIL is engaged in wide array of services right from currency and security note printing to issue of security papers and minting of coins. Along with a long tradition of craftsmanship the organisation has induced  reliability in solutions thus reflecting consumer value.
