TCS Recruitments for freshers-  TCS recruitment for freshers are done for  the profiles of team leaders, project leaders, team members and project managers. These job designations are also known as Entry level jobs.

Academic Competence - The general eligibility for freshers is a bachelor’s degree/post graduate degree with an aggregate of 60% percent marks in every semester in specific discipline as well as optional subjects from recognized university or institution. Apart from that applicants should  not have a gap of less than 2 years in academic track record. Candidates who have participated in previous recruitments in the same calender years (notably) 6 months are not eligible for application. 

In case of experienced professional jobs, candidates with a bachelors degree/technical or professional degree in particular skill is preferred. Since this is a professional qualification, added work experience is also a pre requisite for applicants. Apart from a consistent track of 50 % marks, candidate should not have a break of more than two years in academic career. Correspondence and part time course qualification would be not accepted and at the same candidates who have applied for TCS recruitment in the last six months would not be applicable for recruitments.

TCS Recruitment Process - TCS follow these four steps for its requirements process:-

•Pre Placement Talks (PPT) (PPT is a session where candidates are thoroughly briefed about the company).
•Written test of aptitude and reasoning (test that probes candidate’s aptitude and level of reasoning).
•TR Technical round and interview (technical round probes candidates technical proficiency and this is followed by an interview).
•Last round HR interview (The last and final round  iswhere  candidate is probed on various aspects of work overall perspective towards the same).

Campus applicants need to select accredited application link while direct applicants need to select the non accredited link.
