Apart from that you are also required to have a transaction ID obtained on payment of fees and softcopies of photograph and signature. 3.Please pay the fee amount prescribed as mentioned in notification and retain transaction ID. 4.Photographs and signatures need to be scanned in either JPEG or PNG format. 5.The quality of both should be good enough to be identified and accepted. 6.The prescribed pixel size for photograph is 140x110 pixels and for the signature is 110x140 pixels. Cases in which UPSC Application form can be rejected 1.Incomplete applications are deemed for rejection. (Hence Part I and Part II needs to be duly filled). 2.Incomplete entries for star * marked can also lead to rejection. 3.Nonpayment of fee can also lead to rejection of application. 4.Applications without photograph and signature are also deemed for rejection. 5.Applications that are submitted after the stipulated date of registration are deemed for rejection.
