Assam Down Town University was established in 2010. The University has excellent and bright team of faculties with experienced HOD's in all Departments and an enthusiastic team of 2000 students in 33 disciplines pursuing various courses. The institute site is at Panikhaiti, which is situated about 12kms. from the State Capital in Dispur. The site is spread on a sprawling campus of over 45 acres overlooking the mighty Brahmaputra.
