Dear Mohan,

M.Com is a masters degree. However if you wish to pursue another post graduate degree, then ideal would be to pursue an MBA. However it is best to work for 2-3 years before considering an additional course after M.Com. Some work experience will add a lot of value to your resume and make you clearer about your own interests and skills so that you can take a more informed decision about your further studies. After working for some time, if you feel like changing your stream then you may decide depending on your interest and your career objective. There are plenty of fast track programs offered at the post graduate level. Had you mentioned the specific area of interest or the course that you would wish to pursue, we would have been able to help you better.
